Fast Learner is a skill that can be purchased at the skill shop for 150G. This skill is extremely useful as per level of skill you gain an extra 10% exp when sailing. So at lvl 10 you gain a bonus 100% exp when sailing. This skill can make leveling at any level easier and for a cheap price. You gain levels in this skill by sailing; so the more you sail the greater the level of the skill and so the more exp you gain by sailing.
